Phet (Mama Lay) is a food blogger and Thai bodywork therapist in Chicago, IL USA. A self-described "Southeast Asian Mutt," her heritage from Vietnamese/Chinese parents who lived most of their lives in Cambodia before moving to Laos where she was born instructs her creations. Her Vietnamese grandfather's pho restaurant is among her fond memories of her childhood.
